Are you eager to engage in a volunteer activity outside the main season but can’t commit to multiple days? No worries, we have the “Volunteering for a Day” concept. You’ll get involved in meaningful work, support a good cause, and perhaps reconnect with some familiar faces.
This time, we’re heading to the Ústí nad Labem region, specifically to Zubrnice, where we’ll assist in the restoration of a former rectory. This building is being transformed into a cultural center featuring an exhibition dedicated to local writer Vincenc Zahradník. You can check out the rectory’s website here. We’ll be tackling light tasks both indoors and outdoors, such as painting wooden panels. After the work, interested participants can explore the Zubrnice open-air museum, hike up Buková hora, or visit the railway museum.
In addition to the satisfaction of spending quality time with great people, you can look forward to the hospitality of the owner, which includes lunch, snacks, and something sweet with coffee.

Fee: 300 CZK (covers insurance and meals on-site). Payment instructions will be provided upon registration.
