Workcamp focus: Environmental, Manual work
What will you do:
Repair stone walls 🏗️
Cut overgrown trees 🌳

Incorporate natural elements into the garden 🌿
Cleaning the castle 🧹
What to take with you:
Appropriate work clothes and shoes (which can get dirty or damaged)
Waterproof jacket ☔
A cap or hat to protect against the sun 🌞
Sleeping bag (accommodation provided)

🏠 Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation is provided in a family house in the village of Pocinovice. You will be on a mattress in one of the two large rooms. Don’t forget to bring a sleeping bag! There is WiFi, a washing machine, a bathroom (2 toilets and 1 shower) and a kitchen. Breakfast, dinner and snacks will be provided by the workcamp leaders and the local partner. To get as much work done as possible during the weekend, lunch will be delivered to Veselí Castle, where we will work.
🌄 Location and free time:
Discover the charming surroundings of South Bohemia and the place located at the foot of the Šumava National Park. The nearest larger city is Klatovy and Pilsen is only 50 km away. After work, you can discover interesting places in the vicinity, such as the lookout tower of St. Markéta or Klenová Castle.

Requirements:
No previous experience is needed, just a passion for history, culture and country life!
